Armando greeted us and answered questions about an AMG GLE43 that was on the showroom floor. Price was negotiated with George who was informative about ordering and pricing aspects and we agreed on a price that was so near my target price, I decided to purchase the high end SUV in the showroom for my wife even when we were set on buying an F-150 truck. I also purchased a 4 year prepaid maintenance and 7 year extended warranty that was set up by Todd. Ashmael walked us through the features of the AMG43 which is quite extensive. I never felt under pressure to buy any unnecessary products. I have worked in the auto industry years ago and these guys at MB of Boston are top notch. They went the extra mile to be sure we are happy. When my VW is nearing it's end, I will be going back to Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz of Boston for another Mercedes Benz. More

Jasper Abreu who was my salesperson was absolutely awesome to deal with and met the price I needed without any haggling at all! They have the process down and are willing to help you every step of the way. When I came in for my appointment to pick up the new car, Fred Abban stayed with me for a long while explaining to me all the equipment on the car and how everything worked. Fred was awesome too! When you buy a car from this dealership you definitely feel like Family and I will not hesitate in buying another car from this dealership again.
