Wonderful customer service! I had problems with my GLK350 after hurricane Irma. I was very concerned because the check engine light was illuminated as well as the brake and anti- I had problems with my GLK350 after hurricane Irma. I was very concerned because the check engine light was illuminated as well as the brake and anti-lock brake lights. Charles met me at the service bay and quickly assured me in the most informative way, that he would help me. I was allowed to use a loner while my care was being serviced. He kept me posted the whole time and when I did get my car back, it was perfect. I have been to other Mercedes dealerships and the new Bonita Springs facility is by far the most professional and customer service oriented. Thank you! More

Great ongoing customer service by salesman Frank DeLuca I just wanted to complement Frank DeLuca for continuing to go the extra mile for a customer to whom he had previously sold a car. I bought a 2016 MB G I just wanted to complement Frank DeLuca for continuing to go the extra mile for a customer to whom he had previously sold a car. I bought a 2016 MB GLC300 from Frank in early 2016 at MB of Fort Myers. Because of the service Frank gave me at the time of sale, I followed him to MB of Bonita Springs where I recently brought my car in for servicing. To my surprise, I was told by the service manager that the car, with only 16,000 miles on it, had 4 Pirelli run flat tires which had worn down and all needed to be replaced. To say the least, I was in shock, not only that the tires had already gone bad, but that replacing them with a mandatory wheel alignment was going to cost me in the neighborhood of $1500.. After leaving the dealership, I called Frank just to vent, but Frank stepped up, interceded with the service department and made recommendations for me. With his help, I was able to get the service done at a more reasonable cost. It's ongoing service by salesman, Frank Deluca that would make me visit MB to purchase my next car. However, I would only fully recommend the service department if they are more competitive price wise with outside service centers who do similar work. More
