I had a little issue with the a couple paint spots on my Mercedes called Frank he said bring it in I’ll take care of it sure enough he did! In Michigan for the summer car went into limp mode as was hauled into Kalamazoo on July 31. Local dealer said something wrong with brake system. Needed part on back order and may take up to 6 weeks to comp hauled into Kalamazoo on July 31. Local dealer said something wrong with brake system. Needed part on back order and may take up to 6 weeks to complete. No loaners available and corporate said they couldn’t help with rental. I called Frank and explained the situation (even though he was in Florida and I was in Michigan). Frank took over and he contacted the Michigan dealer and MB Corporate trying to expedite repair and arrange for a rental. His efforts were made on August 3rd and August 4th(today). Dealer recently called had located the part and the car was ready for pick up! Whatever Frank did got the job done!!! You never see that highest level of customer care in this day and age! Great job Frank! More

2nd breakdown with my 2022 C300 Mercedes Benz for rough idling, no acceleration/hesitation. Car had to be towed on 7/24/2023 to dealer. No loaner Available??? Called Enterprise 4 locations no vehicles avail, it’s now 7/26/2023 called my Service Advisor Shawn Day was told my car has not even been looked at yet. I have missed two days of work because I have no transportation. I called Enterprise again was able to rent a vehicle 114.00 a day out of my pocket and I had to Uber there to pick it up. So it’s costing me$$$. My car is a lease with 7500 miles on it, I purchased first class lease protection for 1075.00 at time of lease. For what??? Zero Customer Service, This is my 4th Mercedes in 25 yrs, Mercedes has gone down hill with Service. Never had I not been offered a loaner with Mercedes Service in the past. Lexus gives free loaners. 🤔 More
Frank DeLuca excellent at not only knowing his MB products but also knows how to get his customers the “small” but major items car nuts need to keep their vehicles immaculate.
