My parents were by my side along the way, and very much appreciated the etiquette and professionalism Robert demonstrated. Roughly a month and a half after my purchase, I had a minor issue with an interior component in my car. It seemed as though something had been broken prior to purchase. I immediately called Robert who was quick to communicate with me and thoughtfully resolve the issue. I brought my car into the dealership and was told it would be taken care of. I was treated exceptionally well by a young gentlemen in the service department and given a rental. The entire process was seamless. I cannot recomend Robert enough, who is kind, warm, and polite.
