After 50 days of delays and incomplete repairs, my car was sent back without resolution. Despite paying in full, I was told the car was fixed and the key would not be released until I signed the final bil was sent back without resolution. The worst dealership ever dealt with from service to even ownership. Dropped my car to check on one thing, as I was just talking and asking the service advisor about something just to get an idea. I have told him not to look it up as I have my own mechanic I deal with in planning on taking it to him for that. He wrote the service ticket and asked me to put my initial this and that without explaining. Finding out when I went to pick the car up, charging me for that concern I had which I DID SPECIFY I WAS JUST ASKING AND PLANNING TO take IT TO MY OWN MECHANIC OUTSIDE THERE FACILITY. $150 DOLLARS EXTRA ON TOP FOR something I did not ask for. He and the service manager refused to take it off, talking to the owner, the worst customer service and nonrespectful, rudeness, madness talking to me from his part. Anger from start before even discussing anything with him. This was my college student daughter, a 17-year-old car. So, they made me pay the $150 for nothing which my 17 years old college student will be better of, the ownership the worse customer service I have received from him, I just paid the bill and told him that I hope he does not go bankrupt over the $150. It's about the money, not the service they provide, all he was concerned about. More

This was by far the worst oil change service I’ve had in my life I bought my Mercedes E3 50 from the Novi location and when It hit 36,000 miles I decided to get a oil change at the Bloomfield Hills location my life I bought my Mercedes E3 50 from the Novi location and when It hit 36,000 miles I decided to get a oil change at the Bloomfield Hills location because it’s closer to my house After the three hour long oil change seen some scratches on the vehicle Rick and Greg told me that the scratches were already there even though they weren’t and told me that they do a complementary wash after an oil change changeAnd that they clean the brushes every eight months and there was no way it could’ve scratched my black Mercedes anyways I got really upset and told them I was going to sue them and get them fired so Rick and Greg called the police secretly to try and get me in trouble they were very conniving trying to tell me they were going to fix it at first to keep me in the dealership while they called the police I feel like they profiled me rick and Greg told the officers when they came that I was threatening them and pulled a gun on them the police took a report and left I was banned from the Dealership by the police after this ordeal I would not recommend this place to nobody 👎🏻 More

They truly want to help get you in the car you desire and will go above and beyond to do so. Todd found us a car that other dealerships could not locate by taking the extra time digging deeper.
