That was my first time to be there after a short chatting about my interested vehicle. I met agent Normajean . Even the female receptionist ( sorry I didn’t ask what her name was) at that time was happy and quickly found me a bottle of water as I requested. Ms Diane Giacaline also helping set up necessary on my phone to connect to my brand new GLA too. The showroom was clean, logical performance. Parking lot in the front also organized with spaces conveniently. After all, my GLA SUV working very well ; agents who I met had emailed to me to show their concern and application; Normajean had too explained something about master my phone 📱 on vehicle. It has been my pleasure to go with Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield Hills. Of course I shall be back there in near future for my next brand new Mercedes Benz. This is possibly the worst experience I've ever received from a Mercedes Benz dealership. I worked with Norma-Jean and she was not only abrasive, she is flat out rude. The only thing she cares about is 'exp from a Mercedes Benz dealership. I worked with Norma-Jean and she was not only abrasive, she is flat out rude. The only thing she cares about is 'exporters'. She even Had the audacity to say she personally charges people she thinks are exporting a fee. I've tried to contact management about issues with my transaction, and its near impossible to get a hold of anyone. Shop at any other Mercedes-Benz dealer. AVOID More

Complete and utter lack of business ethics with this dealer's owner - Lee Ghesquire and his manager Todd. These guys think that if you wait two years for a vehicle you ordered, that they can surprise yo dealer's owner - Lee Ghesquire and his manager Todd. These guys think that if you wait two years for a vehicle you ordered, that they can surprise you at the last minute and tack on TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to the purchase price simply because as Todd puts it "that's just the market right now". Sure, many dealers right now will ask for more than MSRP if they've got a cancellation that came available or if they've got a highly desirable car on their lot and you just happen to walk in and want to buy it, but I have yet to hear a dealer ask for more than MSRP as a surprise tactic to a repeat buyer who's actually ordered and waited over a year for their car and got this news at the last instant before their car arrives. Unscrupulous, dishonest, and disingenuous. Worst part is - they don’t even care. More
I've had my E350 serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Bloomfield Hills for the past 6 years. I have always been greeted with the utmost courtesy and respect from my Concierge person (Greg Swanson). I have never had a problem with the professionalism of the staff nor with the way my vehicle was serviced. A+ and 5 Stars! When I decided to trade my vehicle in, I was treated to more of the same courtesy I'd come to expect by my salesman (Mark Laskowski) and the finance manager. In a short amount of time, my deal was finalized and I drove off the lot with a vehicle that was exceptionally beautiful at a price that would not break my bank. The entire process went through smoothly. I am highly satisfied with my new vehicle purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Mercedes-Benz of Bloomfield Hills for your next vehicle purchase!! The worst dealership ever dealt with from service to even ownership. Dropped my car to check on one thing, as I was just talking and asking the service advisor about something just to get an idea. I have told him not to look it up as I have my own mechanic I deal with in planning on taking it to him for that. He wrote the service ticket and asked me to put my initial this and that without explaining. Finding out when I went to pick the car up, charging me for that concern I had which I DID SPECIFY I WAS JUST ASKING AND PLANNING TO take IT TO MY OWN MECHANIC OUTSIDE THERE FACILITY. $150 DOLLARS EXTRA ON TOP FOR something I did not ask for. He and the service manager refused to take it off, talking to the owner, the worst customer service and nonrespectful, rudeness, madness talking to me from his part. Anger from start before even discussing anything with him. This was my college student daughter, a 17-year-old car. So, they made me pay the $150 for nothing which my 17 years old college student will be better of, the ownership the worse customer service I have received from him, I just paid the bill and told him that I hope he does not go bankrupt over the $150. It's about the money, not the service they provide, all he was concerned about. More
