It was my first Mercedes purchase, so naturally I was not absolutely sure of the exact model I wanted. Steve asked me a few questions about my preferences and about features and other options. With that information he presented me with exactly what I wanted without having me to look at so many vehicles, so many options, so overwhelming. There were also so many options to consider when actually making the purchase. We Dealt with John Nowak. I wish he would have been more informative with my husband and me. I went home and found that I did not receive copies of everything we signed. We are also paying for optional additions that I didn't want. Bottom line, I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Just be careful with the actual purchasing process, read everything before signing and be sure to get copies of everything before leaving. More

The entire experience at Mercedes-Benz of B'ham was topnotch, from my first visit to the showroom and being greeted as a guest by Greg Forrest, to his time spent with me over several visits as I decided on the perfect car for my needs and budget. There was never sales pressure but an "availability" anytime I had a question or wanted to look at vehicles.
