There My experience with Mercedes Benz of Birmingham was exceptional! I recently leased my second C-Class and worked with Ghali Bazzi and Sam Cavett. There were two C-Class Sedans that I was looking at, one with a Panoramic sunroof and the other not. Ghali knew I wanted the Panoramic sunroof and that's what I thought I was signing the papers for. However, there had been a mistake and it was brought to my attention that I had leased the other vehicle. Well, Sam walks over and said "I want to do the right thing". So...when all was done, I drove off in my brand new C-Class with a Panoramic sunroof, and, with no extra expense! They definitely hold true to their word and with these values, I will definitely be back! More
