She was always very responsive and never pushy as well as very well versed in her information. I am the new owner of a 350GLE and can't wait to make another purchase from "BEA" when the new 350E Coupe is released next year. Her professionalism adds an entire new meaning to customers first. While I myself work in sales I find most people I deal with are only concerned about their check and not my spending but I honestly think "BEA" would have sent me to another dealer if she felt I was not making the correct decision for my needs.
