I found the model I had been searching for listed on Autotrader and immediately emailed the What a great first-time experience purchasing a Mercedes! I found the model I had been searching for listed on Autotrader and immediately emailed the dealership for more info. I received a response from Ghali within an hour and made plans to test drive the car that evening. Even though we were possibly the only customers left in the building (it was an hour til closing time), we never felt rushed. Ghali took his time with us and did a great job making sure we were comfortable before committing to the purchase. When we returned a few days later to finish up the paperwork and pick up the car, we were genuinely welcomed and helped. Every associate we encountered was friendly- the customer service here is top notch. We felt the sense of pride behind what these people do; quality can be seen not only in the products sold, but in the process in which the products are sold. Friend suggested give the NEW Mercedes dealership a shot. Dealt with this facility prior to change in ownership and had not been satisfied. Needless to say that has changed. General sales manager and entire sales team first class!! Next thing I know turned in Jaguar early and now driving Mercedes. Extremely customer friendly. Wife was driving 2016 Infiniti QX80. Too much of SUV for her. Sales team made an incredible deal now driving ML 450. Other dealers within 150 miles of Auburn were slow to respond, but this dealer got back to us quickly and we negotiated the deal over the phone. We weren't going to drive over 100 miles from Auburn unless we knew the deal was right. Zac Tyler (ex-Special Forces and a helluva nice guy) was our salesperson, and he and the rest of the folks we dealt with were not your typical car dealer personnel. No high-pressure sales tactics on anything - totally professional. I've bought over 30 cars in my life and this group is right at the top of the list for courtesy and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! More
