Order new Sprinter I decided to purchase a 3500 Sprinter and saw on the Internet that Mercedes Benz of Birmingham had one in stock. When I test drove it I liked it but i I decided to purchase a 3500 Sprinter and saw on the Internet that Mercedes Benz of Birmingham had one in stock. When I test drove it I liked it but it didn't have some of the options that I wanted. Mark walked me thru the process of ordering one with the exact features that I requested. While we were doing this my wife found a E 400 that she liked so we bought it that day. We had arrived late so it was about 11pm by the time we finished. Joe and all the staff were great and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Mark stayed in contact with me often to give me updatesome on the status of my Sprinter. I live about 1.5 hours from the dealership so he completed the paperwork via email and phone. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle all I had to do was sign. Mark introduced me to the team in the service department (first time that has ever happened when I purchased a vehicle) and made this experience very enjoyable. He even helped me contact a company that will do some of the retrofitting. I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone. More
