He showed us a number of GLA 250 models until we found the one that had all the features we wanted. When I called him regarding. Rattling noise we noticed in the back of the car he immediately showed concern and even offer to come in on his day off (I was coming in regardless to pick up the car manual). Overall we felt at home with a person who bend over backwards to ccomodate all of our questions and was honest enough to say “I do not know” and ask for help to answer our questions.
