He was professional, very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs, spending as much time with us as was necessary to answer all the questions we had at that time. He continues to make himself available even after we made our purchase. Financing was a smooth process with Mr. Thiam, and everyone we encountered at the campus was professional, courteous and pleasant. The Edgar’s Bakery on site made the time pass a bit easier as we waited for everything to be done for delivery. I’ve had the opportunity to return with my vehicle for an add-on that we purchased, and everyone in the service department was equally wonderful to deal with and took time to answer all of my questions. Great location to purchase your next Mercedes! More

I mad NOTE: Hover Service Location Today I took my 2018 Airstream Interstate Grand Tour (Sprinter 3800 Extended) into Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham. I made sure I had an appointment. The vehicle had 3500 miles on it and all I wanted was an Oil Change. I could have waited for the dash to say "A" service which was over 10,000 miles or do it now. The dealership told me the oil change was almost as much as the "A" service. I went for the "A" service. The lounge was very nice, free Wi-Fi and very clean. The new owners have made a difference in the way you feel at this dealership. Yet still it seems distant and not warm. I can't explain this feeling. It just seems a Mercedes-Benz dealership that charges over $400.00 for an initial service should provide their clients with more of a luxury experience. The Assistant Service Manager seem unfamiliar with Sprinters in general which did not lead me to feel completely confident. Again, I had a appointment, they knew what I wanted to do, and I went with the time and date they suggested. THEN, I received a text from the Service Tech (Ryan Forrester) working on my vehicle. He asked me for comments and thoughts. I responded via text and my confidence went WAY UP. That was a first and very impressive. This simple communication made all the difference in the world. Bravo Ryan. Would I use this dealership again. Of course I would. Especially with the communication during the event. Thanks for the communication folks. It made the difference. More

Excellent , friendly and respectful service I met Mr. Djiby (My sales person) and intermediately I knew I was dealing with an honest man. I was looking for an SUV and he diligently explained to me the types of SUV, I decided and he took me for a text drive. I immediately love the car but I didn't say anything, I told him I was going to visit other dealers and instructed him to "text" me the numbers; he did and I went back. We sat while the sales manager looked at my credit and such. The entire thing was done fast, compare with other dealer I had deal with. We talked about family, God, society, respect and razing children. Finally i went to see the financial officer and he gave me a good deal. This experience was different than any other experience I had in other dealers; I knew I was dealing with real, responsible people. What ever I asked for they were able to accommodate. I got the house that same afternoon and now I am extremely happy with my acquisition. I recommend this dealer to anyone, even if you think you cannot afford a Mercedes-Benz I encourage you to visit this dealer in Irondale; you will not be disappointed . More
