We, unfortunately, had some shenanigans going on with another dealer and his customers while we were purchasing our vehicle; trying to purchase our vehicle while we were in the middle of the purchase. Arsenio stayed calm and reassured us he wasn't going to allow another dealer to undercut our purchase of the vehicle in the 23rd-hour sort to speak.
