I've been to a handful of MB dealerships since acquiring my beloved 2014 GLK, and my recent service experience at Bellevue was by far the best. I've had mostly good experiences at other dealerships but this my beloved 2014 GLK, and my recent service experience at Bellevue was by far the best. I have been pleased with my service experience at Mercedes of Bellevue. My service manager (Wayne) has been accurate with repair estimates, keeps me informed along the way and tries to optimize any Mercedes of Bellevue. Dealership does appear to schedule too many appointments per day based on available staffing which can sometimes result in delays on service completions. More
I have been buying and servicing my Mercedes vehicles at this dealership since 1984, long before it was sold to AutoNation. My service advisor, Jesus G., is the best in the business. He does everything he can to make sure his customers' best interests and expectations are met. My only issue with AutoNation and Mercedes of Bellevue is the spiraling high cost of having my Mercedes vehicles serviced there. Routine appointments for A service intervals can run upwards of $800. B service intervals can exceed $1000. Mind you, these are just maintenance services. Lord help you if there is actually something wrong with your car. I understand inflation, but this is starting to feel like highway robbery. If it wasn’t for Jesus G., I might be taking my cars elsewhere for service. More

Recently bought a certified pre-owned AMG CLA35 with Angela. In the beginning, noticed car body scratches were not fixed. It's been over three weeks, there were no further follow up or phone calls on this simple paint order or when this certified pre-owned car scratches could get fixed. When she promised she would call, she never did. Also Angela told me there was only one car key at the end of transaction from the previous owner who leased the car for three years and is currently looking for a second key. She said whatever I read on the forum about every car will have two keys are not true. Excuse me, I have had BMW, Audi, Porsche, Acura now finally Mercedes and with "certified pre-owned" they will only give one car key?? What if there is malfunction for this single car key? Again, Angela promised there will be update, but I felt she did not have the sincerity to provide after-sale care as she promised. Ironically, I gave them my old car title, both keys right away and purchased extended warranty and maintenance package already. It's a disappointing after-sale service being ignored. More
