Not to be trusted. Complete customer service failure. Purchased a vehicle for $140k out of state from them and they failed to register the vehicle and provide temporary Complete customer service failure. The service department was very professional and ensured that I always felt like there was nothing to worry about while my car was in for recalls. They gave me a decent loaner to use hassle-free while my ve that I always felt like there was nothing to worry about while my car was in for recalls. The only negative thing I can say about them is that there is a very clear difference between the service reps you are assigned and the people you get when you call service. When I called in to ask about the recalls I had been hearing about online, I was informed that there were no recalls for my car at the time. I decided to bring my car in anyway for some other small problems and was assigned a service rep. The assigned rep quickly informed me I had 4 open recalls on my car when I arrived. That is a pretty big disconnect in my book, and to be honest very annoying and alarming considering how serious the recalls were to my safety if the parts under recall had failed in my vehicle. I feel like I can't trust calling in and asking questions and will have to drive 40 minutes to the dealer if I want to ask questions. Luckily for me, my service rep was amazing and I can now get all the information and schedule through him to mitigate the problem. More

The original salesman I worked with, was not very knowledgeable, and actually tried to discourage me for buying an electric vehicle. He had done none of that, and I ended up driving around the Storage lots with him looking for the cars. He had no knowledge of the electric cars couldn’t give me any advice, except for the fact that he said, and I quote in his opinion. “ I would never buy an electric car, too unpredictable” More

He said , bring it in right away for the SAFETY FACTOR ! He had my ML 350 , aligned and checked out for the SAFETY FACTOR of driving . They did the service in " RECORD " time and had me back on the road in " NO TIME at ALL " I " HIGHLY RECOMEND " , Mercedes Benz of Bellevue , for any and all services needed on your Vehicle .
