The service department was very professional and ensured that I always felt like there was nothing to worry about while my car was in for recalls. The only negative thing I can say about them is that there is a very clear difference between the service reps you are assigned and the people you get when you call service. When I called in to ask about the recalls I had been hearing about online, I was informed that there were no recalls for my car at the time. I decided to bring my car in anyway for some other small problems and was assigned a service rep. The assigned rep quickly informed me I had 4 open recalls on my car when I arrived. That is a pretty big disconnect in my book, and to be honest very annoying and alarming considering how serious the recalls were to my safety if the parts under recall had failed in my vehicle. I feel like I can't trust calling in and asking questions and will have to drive 40 minutes to the dealer if I want to ask questions. Luckily for me, my service rep was amazing and I can now get all the information and schedule through him to mitigate the problem. More
