We originally were working with another Mercedes dealership in the Portland area (where we leased our vehicle) to help us with our air conditioning system, which has been failing about every 4-6 months due to repeated leaks in the system lines. This problem has continued since we moved to the Seattle area. Wayne has made every effort to resolve this situation -- he has isolated the problem, and repaired it, and we are hopeful that the A/C system failures are now fully behind us. In any event, we are extremely pleased with the service and responsiveness that we have received at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. More
