The dealership is clean and comfortable while waiting. I was disappointed that the service department would not update my GPS at no cost to me. I purchased the car at the end of leasing it last year. At t I was disappointed that the service department would not update my GPS at no cost to me. I purchased the car at the end of leasing it last year. At that service, they did not update the GPS and gave me some excuse for why they did not. It was supposed to be included and now I am told that I am SOL. I also had a very difficult time contacting them to schedule service. More
