Since I purchased the car, the Mercedes-me connect app wasn't working for me. One of the employees at the service desk also helped me out with the app, and it is working fine now. The waiting area is also well stocked with snacks, water and coffee, so you are taken care of as you wait there. Overall a very smooth and pleasant experience. More

Our ECS computer broke down a few weeks ago, resulting in an error code and check engine light. It required a part to be shipped from Germany right during the holidays. When I dropped off my car for regular service, it started snowing hard. The dealership was backed up because many could not make to work because of the additional ice storm.
