Richard was are salesman and he was very informative on the car and got us a decent deal. The only thing was that there was no real negotiating on the price and I think since mercedes wants full price then the car and got us a decent deal. The only other thing was that the detail shop didn't do a thorough job as there is dirt all along the trunk lid when you open it.
