Purchased a 2019 GLC. Barry T was very professional and nice. Didn’t give five stars because we were told the car has parking sensors when test driving but actually it does not. Was very nice experience buying this car. Didn’t go back and forth with the price or on trade in price. Most salesman say they need to talk to manager about price then come back with a number. This past snowy weds in January, I brought my wife’s 2018 Mercedes GLE 350 4 matic for “ no obd ll “ communication error via the echeck facility in valley view, i proceeded to head to Mercedes of Bedford… p Mercedes GLE 350 4 matic for “ no obd ll “ communication error via the echeck facility in valley view, i proceeded to head to Mercedes of Bedford… pulled into service I was greeted politely & professionally by David Silver , I did not have a appointment Dave assured me that they could look at it on thurs & advise me , as I grabbed my iPad the gentleman in the drive thru was vacuuming my car out..THANK YOU I called my brother for a ride, & thurs Dave Silver called me to give me the update.. explained about aftermarket park assist I had installed was “ wired incorrect “ i held my breadth …..& Dave explained “ our tech disconnected the wire & the vehicles is now communicating as it should…( best part ) …Dave said he had the car taken back to e check & it passed & then the technician reconnected the “ wire “ Dave Silver & his service demeanor turned my issue. around .& became a problem solver, I wanted to express my THANK You as Dave & Team Penske MB went above & beyond, chas berea auto mall More
