When I purchased my 2022 E450 wagon, they were very attentive and wooed us with their commitment to amazing customer service. When we picked up the car they did the performative big reveal swooshing off the big black sheet to awe us with this gorgeous car, the entire dealership stood around and clapped and cheered. We were so excited as a Mercedes to me was always a dream car, we have worked hard and finally achieved the goal of owning one. Then reality struck and the excitement of our Mercedes ownership started to wane. First was a flat tire, no fault of the dealership, I was calm knowing I had the support of their fantastic road side assistance (a HUGE selling feature). The Mercedes roadside assistance link popped up on the screen I hit the button and it rang and rang and then I got a recording for over a half hour, there was no way to adjust the volume of that recording, I was trying to contact my insurance company at the same time and because the recording was so loud, it made that almost impossible. I was on a busy freeway during rush hour, every car and truck speeding by shook my car, which is a little unnerving. I called the dealership to see if they could help and was on hold for over 20 minutes, no one ever picked up from Mercedes Bedford. I called my husband, he drove to me and drove the car 4 miles to the dealership while I followed with our flashers on. The tire was a self filling tire, so no damage to the wheel was done. I was pulled over on the side of the road for over a hour and an half and MERCEDES completely failed me. About 2 months ago my back up camera broke, it was stuck in the open position and wouldn’t turn on. I called Mercedes Bedford to have it repaired. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment because I needed to have a loaner. I brought my car in, got my loaner, they said a day or two and I would have my car back. Well after a few days and no communication from Mercedes, I gave them a call, they said the new camera was installed but the needed an actuator(sp? I have no idea what that is), fine, I’ll wait a few more days for that. Another 3-4 days goes by with NO communication and I call again. This time they got the new parts in but it still doesn’t work, they said now they needed a software update. Again I waited another few days and got NO updates, so once again, I initiated the communication and called them. They said there was an issue with the software update and that it was a Mercedes USA issue, so I called Mercedes USA, they were also not helpful at all. They said they would talk to the dealership and they didn’t know of any issues with the software. Mercedes of Bedford ghosted me, it took them 34 days to fix this issue, 34 DAYS!! They maybe updated me 3 or 4 times during that period and all of those updates came after I called and left a voicemail with either the service manager Dave Silver or GM Bob Laughton. I got my car back this morning. They dropped it off, didn’t call or text or ring my doorbell as a courtesy, NOTHING. So if you are thinking of buying a Mercedes please take your business to another dealership. Maybe in Akron or Willoughby, it would be worth the drive. Mercedes Bedford is eager to sell you a car, but could care less once you drive that car off the lot. With the lack of support of Mercedes USA, maybe consider a BMW, Range Rover, Porsche, Volvo or Audi. I am completely dismayed, disappointed, frustrated, angry, upset, disheartened, and let down by the customer service we have received. BUYER BE AWARE More
I attempted to buy a S550 CPO car listed on line from this dealer, after clearing up some issues with the VIN number they offered a price for the car less my trade in value, which I accepted and asked fo this dealer, after clearing up some issues with the VIN number they offered a price for the car less my trade in value, which I accepted and asked for written confirmation. The confirmation I received was about $4000 more than what they told me, allegedly because of a "mistake," we finally agreed on a price about $2000 more than originally proposed, however they then said I had to pick up the car by the end of the month, June 30, but did offer to pick it up first thing in the morning the next day. Being in sales for 35 years my guess is this request was done to meet a meet a monthly sales quota at my expense. I asked to arrange a time to pick up the car with pre approved financing and they told me the car "had been sold" that morning. I will never buy from this dealer who seems to care more about sales quotas than a quality customer experience. More

The only real complaint I have is I bought the car on a Wednesday night and was told they would detail/ceramic coat and fix the paint chips on the bumpers and I’d have the car back in 2 days. Then I was to Wednesday night and was told they would detail/ceramic coat and fix the paint chips on the bumpers and I’d have the car back in 2 days. Then I was told I’d get it the following Monday because they needed the paint to have proper drying time. I picked the car up Monday evening and the bumpers look great but the inside of the car definitely wasn’t detailed. When you spend this much money you should be given a spotless car. More
This is my second time dealing with the MBB and these guys never let me down. Geffe ( sales manager), Jessie another sales manager and of course Barry my sales representative definitely did their magic b guys never let me down. Geffe ( sales manager), Jessie another sales manager and of course Barry my sales representative definitely did their magic by getting me into my new 2022 CLA. This trio was extremely professional and genuinely made me a customer of theirs for life. Oh yeah and I can’t forget about Chuck who was very nice and took good care of me. Barb in service is also amazing I truly appreciate her always and forever. More

Very professional and welcoming. The staff that greeted me was nice and the man that took my keys was nice also. I had to stay and do some work for my job and while I waited the tea that they offered and t me was nice and the man that took my keys was nice also.
