Horible, Dishonedt Dealership An incredibly dishonest dealership. I bought an 05 Mercedes with only 54000 miles. Unfortunately, I lived 13 hours away, so we bought the car sight un An incredibly dishonest dealership. I bought an 05 Mercedes with only 54000 miles. Unfortunately, I lived 13 hours away, so we bought the car sight unseen, except pictures and video that was sent to me. I was told the car was in like perfect condition. However, the dealership drove the car to me, because their finance manager dropped the ball and forgot to complete the paperwork and get it on the truck for delivery. We met the salesmen near an airport, since he was short on time to catch his flight. Out of respect for his time, we did not have much time to inspect the car, nor were we going to send him back in a car he just drove to us. The salesmen said in all honesty that during his trip, the car started to drift to the right. The next day we had the car's tires rotated and balanced, to find out the wheel was bent to the point it required to be replaced. We were told it had one little spot of rust by the salesman, but four days later had it inspected by a body shop to find out all four doors have rust on both inside and/or outside. Have owned the car for less than a week and will need to put $5,000.00 in it to maintain it. The dealership knew of the significant rust issue, as all cars are carefully inspected by the dealership prior to giving a trade-in value. So, I had to buy a new wheel that was damaged in their posession, before papers were even signed. They are dishonest and will take advantage of you any chance they get.. I highly recommend you shop and buy elsewhere. More
Horrible experience these people took $2,500 deposit from me allowed me to sign documents for my purchase of my new vehicle that I had ordered to be shipped in only to tu these people took $2,500 deposit from me allowed me to sign documents for my purchase of my new vehicle that I had ordered to be shipped in only to turn it into a interrogation when I came in to get my vehicle and completely disrespected and insulted my well-being and intelligence. The motives for purchasing a new vehicle was for a daily user for my family and I instead it turned into me being an exporter and all these false allegations they discriminated against me and my wife to purchase the vehicle and did nothing at corporate headquarters to assist me with a remedy. I highly suggest that you do not purchase from the dealership go elsewhere More

Unpleasant Experience Purchased vehicle and top end warranty that was told basically covered everything. Also had issue with lighting on vehicle when it left the lot (not a Purchased vehicle and top end warranty that was told basically covered everything. Also had issue with lighting on vehicle when it left the lot (not a safety issue). Had vehicle for 2 months. A software problem occurred and car wouldn't start. Took to service dept and asked for lighting repair at same time. Of course told both issues are not covered under warranty. Spoke with manager, salesman and sales manager and have basically been told to bad. The manager was pleasant. It's not a safety issue, you weren't told that the lighting issue would be repaired and you misunderstood the warranty. Very condensing sales manager. Not even willing to help out to have a repeat customers and referrals. Basically made to feel that I've been in the business this long your petty issue means nothing to me and wanted to continue to make sure I knew I was wrong. Very unwilling to help or provide solution other than the solution of pay for it yourself. Would not recommend More

Even though it was an out of state transaction I got the same personal attention as if I had vis I had a great experience dealing with MB of Bedford. This is an exceptional organization. the experience was amazingly pleasant. Best attention to customer needs. Great responsiveness and great price. The sales consultant Hugh Crouch is the most classy professional. The delivery was by Skylar who is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and willing to go the extra mile for the customer to the point she offered to come to our house and go over all the feature one more time. At the finance office Betty was very pleasant. Offered various products with no pressure whatsoever. As I said I went back for the second time and I would definitely never go to another dealership. More

Andree, we appreciate your professional and personal assistance in helping pick out the perfect Mercedes and featured options plus for my family AND in representing us getting our offer accepted. We were pleased with the process at Mercedes-Benz of Bedford. Also the day of delivery, it was an unexpected treat meeting & speaking to Skylar. With full knowledge, she gave a tour and explained top to bottom features of our new Mercedes… As extended, we look forward to seeing Skylar @ our home to learn additional “tricks & shortcuts” such as garage opener & smartphone via Bluetooth setup. I think that alone speaks to the GREAT customer service we have received from him! And, when the time comes, we will come back to Bedford Mercedes and get our next new cars from him! The help we received from Skylar Starks was amazing!!! She was so kind and patient walking us through all the new features of our 2016 Mercedes C class. terrible trade in time I traded a car in on February 4th through Autotrader at Toyota of Bedford, the sister store to Mercedes. I was told that I would receive a check in 5- I traded a car in on February 4th through Autotrader at Toyota of Bedford, the sister store to Mercedes. I was told that I would receive a check in 5-7 days. I called the salesman on Friday the 12th after 8 days had passed and did not reach him. I called another man who deals with autotrader trade ins and all he told me was the paperwork gets sent to Mercedes down the road to finish up. I called Mercedes and spoke to a woman who looked up my transaction and she tells me it will be 1-2 more weeks until I get my check. I asked for her manager and she transfers me back to Toyota (why does her boss work at a different location) and someone takes my information down and says they will look into it and call back. Today is Sunday and I still have not heard back from that individual. I called back and left a voicemail on the GM's voicemail (no response). I sent an email in to Mercedes on Friday night and actually heard from a sales manager named Ty on Saturday around 1:00pm. Ty is actually one of the few people who sounded like he genuinely understood why I was upset and claimed he would get back to me on Monday. He can't tell me anything until Monday though but I am told that I can not receive my check until they have the memorandum title for the car. Had I know the check would have taken 2-3 weeks instead of 1 week, I would have gone somewhere else. In addition, had I been making a sales call about a car, the voicemails I left would have in all likelihood been returned quickly. it is very frustrating to contact so many people and receive no reply but when I want to buy a car, I can't get people off my back. More

I had been to several competitors that day and felt pressured and not at ease. Also they hand delivered my car and I was an hour away! Skylar Starks sat with me in my driveway for over an hour showing me the amazing features my new mercedes had to offer. Both Richard and Skylar are true assets to your company.
