Worse service department Called with a malfunction light on the suspension so I called to get an appointment to have it looked at. Spend $80k for a car and can’t get a loaner car for 2 weeks!! Speaks to the quality of MB if they are that backed up with service. Show up to get the issue diagnosed and drop car and show person the light that was on. Sit in waiting room for a device mange for 10 mins. Finally shows up and says you are here for the A service correct? No I am here for the problem with the suspension that I just explained to the person who works for you 5 mins ago! He then tells me there is $146 diagnosis fee because I am about 150 miles over the warranty!! What xxxxxxxx. Will never buy a car from Mercedes of BEdford and probably not buy a MB ever again. More
Double-dealing, Underhanded I was a out of state customer buying a used car which is very challenging buying a car sight unseen, and you have to rely on the honesty of the people I was a out of state customer buying a used car which is very challenging buying a car sight unseen, and you have to rely on the honesty of the people your dealing with. I spoke to a salesman Avery Weider he told me that Penske Dealers doesn't sell cars that leak oil, the Carfax had no history of maintenance so I had to do my due diligence to find out the integrity of the car. I learned the car needed a Oil Gasket replaced to the cost of $1000.00, a coolant flush and tires. A deal was on paper and they had an open invoice for me to complete the deal. After learning the previous owner did not fix them I contacted the used car manager Dave McCaig by text, phone and email telling him that we needed to discuss this. He completely ignored all my attempts and not only refused to communicate or acknowledge me they went and 'Sold the car" under me with my deal still open and waiting to complete. I was still going to buy the car with these items that needed to be addressed but there needed to be a resolution to appease both parties which never got communicated. They never gave me the opportunity to complete the deal rather just move the car as fast as they could which the did. So I'm left without the car I was looking to be delivered to me and I'm beyond disappointed with this dealership and the employees I entrusted. Furthermore they have clearly shown no respect for veterans and simply don't care. As a review from one employee put it he said that "Money means more than people". That's not only the truth in my case but its sad to be treated like this when your out of state trying to spend hard earned money with a dealership that cant be trusted. Do not do business with this dealership as many reviews before me clearly show a pattern. The type of people your dealing with cant be trusted. Especially if your out of state and have to rely on the integrity of the salesman and used car manager here just move on ! I honestly thought I was in good hands from the start once I learned who owned the dealership. More

Horible, Dishonedt Dealership An incredibly dishonest dealership. I bought an 05 Mercedes with only 54000 miles. Unfortunately, I lived 13 hours away, so we bought the car sight un An incredibly dishonest dealership. I bought an 05 Mercedes with only 54000 miles. Unfortunately, I lived 13 hours away, so we bought the car sight unseen, except pictures and video that was sent to me. I was told the car was in like perfect condition. However, the dealership drove the car to me, because their finance manager dropped the ball and forgot to complete the paperwork and get it on the truck for delivery. We met the salesmen near an airport, since he was short on time to catch his flight. Out of respect for his time, we did not have much time to inspect the car, nor were we going to send him back in a car he just drove to us. The salesmen said in all honesty that during his trip, the car started to drift to the right. The next day we had the car's tires rotated and balanced, to find out the wheel was bent to the point it required to be replaced. We were told it had one little spot of rust by the salesman, but four days later had it inspected by a body shop to find out all four doors have rust on both inside and/or outside. Have owned the car for less than a week and will need to put $5,000.00 in it to maintain it. The dealership knew of the significant rust issue, as all cars are carefully inspected by the dealership prior to giving a trade-in value. So, I had to buy a new wheel that was damaged in their posession, before papers were even signed. They are dishonest and will take advantage of you any chance they get.. I highly recommend you shop and buy elsewhere. More
Horrible experience these people took $2,500 deposit from me allowed me to sign documents for my purchase of my new vehicle that I had ordered to be shipped in only to tu these people took $2,500 deposit from me allowed me to sign documents for my purchase of my new vehicle that I had ordered to be shipped in only to turn it into a interrogation when I came in to get my vehicle and completely disrespected and insulted my well-being and intelligence. The motives for purchasing a new vehicle was for a daily user for my family and I instead it turned into me being an exporter and all these false allegations they discriminated against me and my wife to purchase the vehicle and did nothing at corporate headquarters to assist me with a remedy. I highly suggest that you do not purchase from the dealership go elsewhere More

Unpleasant Experience Purchased vehicle and top end warranty that was told basically covered everything. Also had issue with lighting on vehicle when it left the lot (not a Purchased vehicle and top end warranty that was told basically covered everything. Also had issue with lighting on vehicle when it left the lot (not a safety issue). Had vehicle for 2 months. A software problem occurred and car wouldn't start. Took to service dept and asked for lighting repair at same time. Of course told both issues are not covered under warranty. Spoke with manager, salesman and sales manager and have basically been told to bad. The manager was pleasant. It's not a safety issue, you weren't told that the lighting issue would be repaired and you misunderstood the warranty. Very condensing sales manager. Not even willing to help out to have a repeat customers and referrals. Basically made to feel that I've been in the business this long your petty issue means nothing to me and wanted to continue to make sure I knew I was wrong. Very unwilling to help or provide solution other than the solution of pay for it yourself. Would not recommend More

This is an exceptional organization. the experience was amazingly pleasant. Best attention to customer needs. Great responsiveness and great price. The sales consultant Hugh Crouch is the most classy professional. The delivery was by Skylar who is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and willing to go the extra mile for the customer to the point she offered to come to our house and go over all the feature one more time. At the finance office Betty was very pleasant. Offered various products with no pressure whatsoever. As I said I went back for the second time and I would definitely never go to another dealership.
