They even drove the car to the West side for us to view and test drive. Hugh was great and patient while going over all the keen features. We have owned Mercedes Benz cars since Bob Koepke had his dealership in Lakewood and this by far was the easiest and most efficient sale I have experienced. More

Our first b We purchased our first MB from Mercedes-Bedford in 2015 and, up until yesterday had purchased a total of 3 vehicles from this dealership. Our first buying experience was excellent. Our second--suffice to say we stumbled across the finish line and our third went far better. Throughout this time however, we experienced a significant level of frustration with service-oriented issues involving the availability of loaner cars, the inability to call and speak with an actual person, quality-control matters and an inability to accurately diagnose a leakage problem. I found myself becoming increasingly disappointed and frustrated with my experiences and had basically given up on this dealership in favor of one closer to our home, but didn't necessarily want to walk away from a relationship involving 3 vehicle purchases. The dealership has gone through several management changes in the past few years and although I was treated well by the previous GM, it seemed as if the dealership just couldn't get things completely nailed down. My wife decided to give it one last try to address the leakage problem in her convertible and ended up speaking with the new GM, Bob Laughton. Bob immediately and fully engaged himself into our situation and ensured my wife that our experience would be nothing short of excellent. He and his team certainly delivered. My wife was greeted upon her arrival and provided with a fantastic loaner car with the assurance that the problem with our car would be identified and corrected. Dave Silver in service was brought into the equation and provided timely and unsolicited updates regarding the diagnosis and repair on our car. They worked with us on the cost of the repairs and took every measure to ensure we were satisfied. The problem was not an easy one to remedy and Dave was very attentive in seeing that we were ok with them keeping the car longer to ensure the problem was fixed. They had our car for 3 weeks, which seems long but it was because Dave and the service department wanted time to go the extra mile to make sure everything was right. They had provided us with a new car to drive so this was entirely acceptable on our end. In the meantime, conversation was initiated with Saad Toor in the sales department regarding our current situation with our car. In short, yesterday, upon returning the loaner car to pick up our car, my wife instead drove home her new 2019 Cabriolet. Throughout the experience, Bob remained involved and engaged--clearly keeping tabs on our situation and making sure we were treated right. Dave was nothing short of incredible by keeping us posted without needing us to prompt him and Saad did the digging necessary to best address OUR situation and OUR needs--over those of the dealership. As I said, I was ready to jump ship. I now see great potential for Mercedes-Bedford to get back to the high performance level we saw in our initial experience, and that which we expect as owners of multiple Mercedes Benz vehicles. Thank you Bob, Dave and Saad--great teamwork makes for great outcomes...you have regained us as customers! More

Worse service department Called with a malfunction light on the suspension so I called to get an appointment to have it looked at. Spend $80k for a car and can’t get a loaner car for 2 weeks!! Speaks to the quality of MB if they are that backed up with service. Show up to get the issue diagnosed and drop car and show person the light that was on. Sit in waiting room for a device mange for 10 mins. Finally shows up and says you are here for the A service correct? No I am here for the problem with the suspension that I just explained to the person who works for you 5 mins ago! He then tells me there is $146 diagnosis fee because I am about 150 miles over the warranty!! What xxxxxxxx. Will never buy a car from Mercedes of BEdford and probably not buy a MB ever again. More
Double-dealing, Underhanded I was a out of state customer buying a used car which is very challenging buying a car sight unseen, and you have to rely on the honesty of the people I was a out of state customer buying a used car which is very challenging buying a car sight unseen, and you have to rely on the honesty of the people your dealing with. I spoke to a salesman Avery Weider he told me that Penske Dealers doesn't sell cars that leak oil, the Carfax had no history of maintenance so I had to do my due diligence to find out the integrity of the car. I learned the car needed a Oil Gasket replaced to the cost of $1000.00, a coolant flush and tires. A deal was on paper and they had an open invoice for me to complete the deal. After learning the previous owner did not fix them I contacted the used car manager Dave McCaig by text, phone and email telling him that we needed to discuss this. He completely ignored all my attempts and not only refused to communicate or acknowledge me they went and 'Sold the car" under me with my deal still open and waiting to complete. I was still going to buy the car with these items that needed to be addressed but there needed to be a resolution to appease both parties which never got communicated. They never gave me the opportunity to complete the deal rather just move the car as fast as they could which the did. So I'm left without the car I was looking to be delivered to me and I'm beyond disappointed with this dealership and the employees I entrusted. Furthermore they have clearly shown no respect for veterans and simply don't care. As a review from one employee put it he said that "Money means more than people". That's not only the truth in my case but its sad to be treated like this when your out of state trying to spend hard earned money with a dealership that cant be trusted. Do not do business with this dealership as many reviews before me clearly show a pattern. The type of people your dealing with cant be trusted. Especially if your out of state and have to rely on the integrity of the salesman and used car manager here just move on ! I honestly thought I was in good hands from the start once I learned who owned the dealership. More
