Was very kindly received, but told I needed new tires despite the car only being 2 years old. When I got an outside opinion this was not true. Car was delayed and unwashed and I was left with low tire despite the car only being 2 years old. When I got an outside opinion this was not true. Great service from my representative, Max! He is always polite, and on top of things looking to accommodate my needs. The previous time I visited there was a speaker hanging from the door, from job that was done for a rear window that was making an annoying sound (it seems that the job was rushed). YES, “A little sound speaker hanging from the door”!!! and “Dirty greasy inside door white leather handle!! However, the customer service is great, but it seems something is slacking in the back of the workshop. In addition, I had to replace the brakes pads and rotors and tires, and I just had bought the 2019 GLS450 mid last year (paid all out of pocket for this services). Sincerely, Ed More

He went above and beyond good service to provide me loaner car even though I wasn't scheduled for one but I as Vadim Balashov at Beaverton Mercedes.
