Thank you so much to Ryan and his team. They took care of two of our Mercedes. The first one needed a schedule B service and the second needed all 4 brake pads and rotors. Ryan was quick to greet us and quickly got the cars processed so we were never waiting. He handed us the keys to the loaner that we were given, which was clean and beautiful. I brought my car in for service and I was greeted immediately and checked in. The process was quick and the waiting area very clean and comfortable. Cold drinks and snacks were available and the staf immediately and checked in. The process was quick and the waiting area very clean and comfortable. Cold drinks and snacks were available and the staff was friendly and helpful. I brought my dog with me and she sat comfortably on her bed as we waited for the scheduled maintenance to be done. The service itself was satisfactory but for the second time in a year I was told that my front tires were in the “red” and needed to be replaced. My tires are rated for 80,000 miles and have only 30,000 time in a year I was told that my front tires were in the “red” and needed to be replaced. My tires are rated for 80,000 miles and have only 30,000 miles on it so I questioned their recommendation. I returned to the place where I purchased my tires and they measured the tread on them and it was significantly different from what the Mercedes dealership told me. The tire shop said I had at least 15,000-20,000 miles on them before they needed to be replaced. I’m very disappointed that Mercedes tried to “upsell” me and possibly take advantage of me because I am a woman. Again this happened not only during my recent service, but also the previous service that I had over 6-months ago. I would caution anyone that gets their car serviced there. Very unethical practices.
