Chris, you are welcome. I had excellent experiences at the dealership where I lived prior to moving here. That was my measure and I was not disappointed! I did not interact with anyone other than Shak, but I can tell by the atmosphere there that your dealership is well run, and that customer satisfaction seems to be paramount.

I have not heard back from Mercedes-Benz-USA neither from the Dealership Mercedes of Beaverton. How will they contact me if they don't have my phone number or email address. The other thing is why such a simple issue is so complicated to resolve. That tells me Mercedes-Benz and its dealerships don't care about their customers and it is good to lose them.
