Service department does not answer the phone.Neither Service department does not answer the phone. Neither does sales. Only department that returns and answers calls is the parts dep. there is not enough to even pull your car into the driveway. My car was in the street I also get blocked in because they don’t have the room for the cars in the service area. Also I have had my service tech call out and disappear for 3-4 days. I had to show up to get my car and to drop it off because of the lack of communication. More
