Getting the part took 5 months. I had to call and visit several times to remind them about my order. No one cared unless reminded by me. Pretty pathetic to be honest. I understand the logistical constraints due to covid. But it definitely seemed like they didn't do anything about it unless I reminded them. I had to lose my cool for them to locate the part. Once they located a part, getting a service scheduled was comfortable and the courtesy vehicle was convenient. No issues with the part installation either. More

After downtown Portland Mercedes turned me away with a faulty battery shaq at the Beaverton location took my car in and sent me on my way with a loaner. Not a good experience. Service would not give me a loaner car because the service was supposed to take less than a couple of hours. They had my car for over 7 hours, and did not let me know when it would be car because the service was supposed to take less than a couple of hours. They had my car for over 7 hours, and did not let me know when it would be done. I had to follow up and ask after a few hours. Disrupted my schedule for the day trying to arrange a car/rides. They did not even check the two things I specifically asked for with this service. More
