There was a drastic decline in the standard of service this year. I had to call 11 times just to get an appointment. They said it was due to staff shortages but there’s really no excuse for this. I expected much more from the service dept, I always have had my car detailed wherever I have taken my car. After having my car for almost a week I was disappointed that it hadn’t been cleaned.
