After spending 7000 dollars on service one would think there car was ready to go . Recd call that my car was ready picked up car paid 7000 drove home to find out that the same warning lights came back on there car was ready to go . Recd call that my car was ready picked up car paid 7000 drove home to find out that the same warning lights came back on so had to return car again to get told I have to pay another 2500 to fix the problem . So no I’m not happy after almost a month of having my car and 10000 dollars worth of service I still don’t have my car . And no one is updating me the second time around . I expect better service from you guys keep your chocolate and do what you say your going to do More
Nathan was responsive but when I picked up the car no one explained anything about the service and what had been done to the car. I asked the guy if he had an idea of what happened with the tire and he left explained anything about the service and what had been done to the car. They replaced the tire but didn’t even bother to buffer the wheel which might have even caused the flat tire. Not theexceptional service that you would get at other Mercedez Benz stores. More
The service manager we worked with was not very customer service centric nor did he have the services done on my car that he himself had scheduled. They had my car for a week without any communication. I called and left messages, no reply. I finally received an email the following week. Mercedes is supposed to be this amazing experience, I received better service at Dodge. Will be rethinking my next vehicle purchase. Had it not been for Chris the department manager stepping in it would have likely taken longer to recieve communication about my car. Everyone makes mistakes and I get that, but communication is a choice. More
