The service I received was absolutely terrible and ended up being even dangerous! I brought my car into this dealership since it had developed a vibration after hitting a large pothole at speed. When I pic up being even dangerous! I brought my car into this dealership since it had developed a vibration after hitting a large pothole at speed. When I picked the car back up, I was told that everything is fine and that I most likely just lost a balancing weight. The service record stated that the technician took the car out for a drive and could not replicate the issue. As soon as I picked up the car, I noticed that the vibration was just as bad as it was before. I first tried to contact my service advisor (Chris) via text message. After not getting a response for a week, I then called the service department and asked for my service advisor to call me back, again with no response for a week. I contacted them again via phone and requested a call back again. And again, no response after yet another week. When I finally took my car to an independent tire shop, they put my wheels on the wheel-balancing machine and started laughing about the fact that a technician can oversee such an obvious problem. I witnessed the tires on the balancer myself and took a vidoe, and two of the wheels were bend over half an inch! In addition, they found that some of the wheel lugs were only hand tight from when Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton reinstalled the wheels! I can be glad I did not lose a wheel at highway speed after visiting this dealership. Unfortunately, the lowest rating I can give is one star. Otherwise, I would give them zero, for the quality of workmanship as well as for the interaction with the customer. More
