I made the appt , with one of your service writers about a week ahead, I have no A/C and bought my 350 GLE there new. I live an hour away. When I got there I was told there was no loaner cars and it was a a week ahead, I have no A/C and bought my 350 GLE there new. I live an hour away. When I got there I was told there was no loaner cars and it was a 2/3 day diagnosis wait.... I was never notified of this, until that morning. They said the minimum time would be 6 hrs ifI choose to wait to run diagnostics on my SUV, I had no choice to wait and no ride home... I waited and paid 350 for a diagnosis and found out that I needed a compressor and that would be another week to order. I then had to drive home at 330 in the afternoon thru PDX with no air conditioning and had nothing to eat all day, It was 99 degrees. No one offered any solution, just like too bad for you! It will be my last trip to your dealership! I should of known better as the service work I had done prior with coolant flush, belts etc... on my way home all my coolant leaked out and had to have my car towed to another Mercedes' Dealer to fix, all because the plug was misthreaded by the technician. I've learned a valuable lesson. Never again. More
I went in for the service A maintenance. I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone even though a number of staff were at the front door of the dealership as well as walking around inside. I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone even though a number of staff were at the front door of the dealership as well as walking around inside. I had to ask the front desk lady where to go for maintenance and she pointed me to the desks on the other side of the dealership. Didn't bother to walk me there or anything. Once I got to the maintenance check in, even though there staff sitting at their desks, no one acknowledged me until I asked them to help me. This was a terrible experience even though the dealership did cover my Lyft rides to my house and back to the dealership. I always went to MB of Portland for my leases and maintenance services and the level of treatment there was significantly better than MB of Beaverton. Suggestion for MB of Beaverton staff: greet or at least acknowledge your customers when they walk in. You are supposed to represent Mercedes-Benz and quality service! More

MB of Beaverton was responsive and knowledgeable about the recall associated with my vehicle. They had their mobile tech, Ray, out to my home in less than a week to address the issue.
