I came to mercedes for something that i could get done anywhere. I came so that it would be done correctly, the first time. I got my brakes changed in hopes it would be one and done but had to return b anywhere. I came so that it would be done correctly, the first time. I got my brakes changed in hopes it would be one and done but had to return because my sensors were messed up while it was serviced at mercedes. Costco messed up my sensors on my other car during a routine tire change and refused to fix their error. Luckily mercedes owned up to their mistake and fixed it. It did waste my day and they never have loaners available so it was inconvenient. More
They supost to do my car tires check. They didn't do. So un my way home. Car tires pressure on low I have to go to tire shop for filled the air. That's inconvenient for me. They didn't do. Once I finally got an service appointment, things went well. Then when I brought my car in, I was in consist contact with my advisor. My car was ready when estimated. My car was up front waiting for me to well. Then when I brought my car in, I was in consist contact with my advisor. My car was ready when estimated. My car was up front waiting for me to pick it up. Again, improvement is needed make a service appointment. I called three times. I left three messages that were never returned. I had to actually stop in and make my service appointment in person. This was not the experience Mercedes-Benz is know for. More
