I needed a run flat tire replaced & the service center helped me coordinate a tow, kept me updated daily, and didn’t try to up charge for additional tires. helped me coordinate a tow, kept me updated daily, and didn’t try to up charge for additional tires. More

The folks in Service are outstanding, respectful, kind, good eye contact. The guy who did the detail work is NOT doing the type of work he is cut out to do. While there were many nitpicks things I co good eye contact. The guy who did the detail work is NOT doing the type of work he is cut out to do. While there were many nitpicks things I could say, the most important to me is the carpet protector he installed. There are up to 1” gaps where dirt can get into and many area he missed all together. While I appreciate his doing the job, I wish I didn’t have to redo it. And he kept my role of carpet film so I have to buy some more. I do want to apologize for leaving stuff in the center counsel. I thought it would be respected like the glove box. More
