I brought my wife car to replace the accelerate battery. I called before to check to see if the battery was in stock before the car was brought in. The parts person assured me that he had it in stock and g I called before to check to see if the battery was in stock before the car was brought in. The parts person assured me that he had it in stock and gave me the price. When the car was brought in and inspected the report had 6 things that needed attention and I approve for the battery to be changed only to find out that the battery was no longer in stock. The service technician informed me that I can come and pickup the vehicle or leave it until the battery come in. I chose to leave it. A couple of days later I received a text stating that the vehicle was ready and text amount to repair the vehicle was higher than I agreed to when I approved the work to be done. I call the day before three times in order to find out why the price was two times the amount I agree to. The person stated that she will relay the message but, no one returned my calls. The next day I went to pick up the vehicle and the recite still had the wrong price even after I showed her the price of the invoice that I agreed to pay. Eventually it was changed and the excuse that was given was the wrong coding was used. She apologized for the confusion and this happens at times. If I didn't have the previous email of the price agreement this would likely not been changed.. More
