Great Customer Sevices from admin. Personal but that’s it. As I said the service from the admin staff was out of this world. I explained to our service coordinator that the last time our previous MB was in the shop I received a camera ticket in the mail for failing to stop at a red light on Coursey Blvd. dated for a day our suv was at the dealership. He asked me if I wanted to bring a copy of my receipt in, and he would try to get us reimbursed. That is when I explained I had payed it already and we did not even have that suv anymore (long story short I didn’t know where the recipe was). All I asked was for it not to happen again. And it didn’t but after some inspection it appears to have some minor scratches on the front passenger fender of our new car after this visit. So that is the reason for my low rating. But I will say once more the service managers and/or coordinators were outstanding from appointments, loaner car, updates and accurate completion estimates that part was first class. More
