Chris Roehm has been a pleasure to work with. We love our new 550XI BMW. We have been a customer of Motor Werks for many years. Rene Wok was our salesman in the Infiniti Dept. years ago. Many cars later we started buying BMW's and have not really had a salesman on a regular basis. I believe Chris is a great fit for us. Thank you, and we look forward to many more cars with Motor Werks. He was referred to us from the service department which as always are wonderful to work with. We also filled out a card on the service dept.and mailed it back to the dealership. Great service as always. We have a BMW Z3 which we bought from the dealership many years ago. It's been my baby and the guys in the service dept. always give it full attention. It's in mint condition because of that. Thank you! I have done business with Motor Werks for over 15 years, having purchased 5 vehicles during that time period. I have always been treated very fairly for both purchases and service work. Everyone with whom having purchased 5 vehicles during that time period. I have always been treated very fairly for both purchases and service work. Everyone with whom I have dealt has been most courteous and helpful with whatever my need might be. When service required more than an hour or two of time, a loner car was always provided. Most recently, the vehicle I currently own, which is 4 years old, had an engine problem. Motor Works stood behind me and saw to it that I the problem was corrected. The treatement I have received throughout my customer relationship with Motor Werks is first rate and I am a very satisfied coustomer. Great job Motor Werks! More
