I recently went into Mortorweks and was thoroughly annoyed by the lack of customer service in the Accessories Department. The process was very fast and fair, which is what I expect. I will say that I was prepared, having done all of my research and homework prior to coming to Motorwerks. While you did not have exactly what I was looking for, Al found what I was looking one is the process of shipment, and we made a deal pretty quickly, and I awaited its arrival. Pickup was also done arranged quickly. So far, it has only been a couple days, but I really like the BMW, and I had not owned one before. My family is a repeat customer having purchased an Infiniti from Motorwerks maybe 5 years ago. I anticipate that we will return in the future. More
