I recently went into Mortorweks and was thoroughly annoyed by the lack of customer service in the Accessories Department. When the young man (Mark Grace or Mike Grace?) wasn't on his phone texting, he annoyed by the lack of customer service in the Accessories Department. The process was very fast and fair, which is what I expect. I will say that I was prepared, having done all of my research and homework prior to coming to Motorwerks. That being said, I made contact online, arranged an appointment that was convenient for me and came in to purchase a car. While you did not have exactly what I was looking for, Al found what I was looking one is the process of shipment, and we made a deal pretty quickly, and I awaited its arrival. Pickup was also done arranged quickly. So far, it has only been a couple days, but I really like the BMW, and I had not owned one before. My family is a repeat customer having purchased an Infiniti from Motorwerks maybe 5 years ago. I anticipate that we will return in the future. More
