I believe the tech's name who assisted me was Kyle. Then, he left and I left but about 15 minutes along my route, a tire blew! on the highway! I called him directly (as opposed to calling roadside assistance again) since I had his number from when he called me earlier to provide an ETA. He came out and not only put the spare tire on my car, but took the old/damaged wheel and tire back to the dealer where he put a new tire on the wheel and then returned to my residence later the next day and mounted the new tire on the car. I cannot say enough good things about how helpful he was! More
I had a busted differential on a car that had less than 60K miles. Ted told me it would be a $2500 repair. I was shocked by this as my warranty had just recently run out. I called BMW North America and 60K miles. Ted told me it would be a $2500 repair. I was shocked by this as my warranty had just recently run out. I called BMW North America and they were able to get my differential fixed for no cost to me. Now I am upset because Ted tells me I need to replace my rear tires @ $750.00 and I just bought these tires 7 months ago. They have 12K miles on them and they are completely bald. I am not a race-car driver and I either received faulty tires or the busted differential caused the tires to wear. I do not have $750.00 to pay for new tires which I desperately need. Thanks for any help. More
We've been buying all of our cars (all Hondas) at Motor Werks since 1999. The sales people I've worked with have always been good for their word, whether their word was written or oral, as to price, extras, etc. In the service dept., my experience has been that they try to charge me as little as possible, and I've never been lead into an expensive repair without a thorough discussion as to the necessity or desirability of the repair, relative to its cost; and I was recently talked out of an expensive repair I thought was necessary on one of the sliding doors. I've never been up-charged or talked into a more expensive repair, than what was needed, and at times I've been discouraged from making a repair that they didn't feel was warranted. A perfect example is in play right now. My 2005 Odyssey had never had new shocks. But it developed symptoms that indicated it needed shocks and I took it in for that reason. They put on rear shocks only , telling me that the fronts were okay. However, I've driven several hundred miles since, and I'm convinced it needs front shocks too, and I'll take it back for fronts. But they never tried to sell me anything more than they thought was necessary. I just had a headlight out, and I took it in, expecting a 100+ labor bill for removal of the housing, etc. However, the technician just popped the hood, reached into the back of the headlight, and came out with the bulb. I bought a new bulb from the parts dept. for $12.50, and the tech. slipped it in for me, no charge. I was in and out of there in less than 1/2 hour. I had a nail in a tire recently, and they plugged the hole for me while I waited, and the charge was a whopping $10.00. So what else do I need to tell you? More

Justin took care of me on this Saturday afternoon when I came in with needing new rear wiper blades and a new light cap. I recently went into Mortorweks and was thoroughly annoyed by the lack of customer service in the Accessories Department.
