All of the staff at Motorwerks are polite, professional, and service-oriented. The appointment was scheduled when I needed it and they provided a loaner vehicle to drive while they serviced my car. One issue and a comment: 2/15 had my tires rotated on my 08 infinity-now have a vibration in the steering wheel and it pulls to the left. Need to bring it back. Makes no sense that you do not have enough people to handle demand. Customers are not paying any less for the service and should have to endure long lines and stressed out associates. The service was greate. The only issue i had was i could not get a good internet signal in the new Honda area. I wound up having to go to the Mercedes sitting area to do work on my laptop.
