Car Wash Crash Just wanted to comment about a unique situation we had with Motorwerks...that was solved in a totally acceptable manner. My wife crashed her new ve Just wanted to comment about a unique situation we had with Motorwerks...that was solved in a totally acceptable manner. My wife crashed her new vehicle in the car wash at their dealership! Yes, she got confused with the instructions of the operator, and struck a pole inside the car wash. Completely distraught, at first she felt the crash was her fault... as did the dealership. But after several conversations, the dealership realized that it was their employee who made the mistake, and completely covered the repair bill. I consider this good service. Its the end result that matters, and Motorwerks did the right thing and will keep us as a customer for a long time. More

From the onset, he was professional, knowledgeable, and funny. A total pleasure from a customer's point of view. With great patience, he took me around the lot in search of my new vehicle. After some time, we drove to the Land Rover Dealer. Although Alex is not familiar with Land Rovers, he did not allow that to interfere with his professionalism. We drove several Range Rovers. He took a great deal of his time to learn about each and every vehicle I showed interest in. Finally, we sealed the deal. I was so please with Alex Blaul being my salesman, that I recommended him to my husband. Who, a month later purchased a new Mercedes from him.
