My wife crashed her new vehicle in the car wash at their dealership! Yes, she got confused with the instructions of the operator, and struck a pole inside the car wash. Completely distraught, at first she felt the crash was her fault... as did the dealership. But after several conversations, the dealership realized that it was their employee who made the mistake, and completely covered the repair bill. I consider this good service. Its the end result that matters, and Motorwerks did the right thing and will keep us as a customer for a long time. More

Best Salesman Ever Alex Blaul I went to Motor Werks in search of a new SUV. That is when I met Alex Blaul in the Infinity Department. From the onset, he was professional, knowledge I went to Motor Werks in search of a new SUV. That is when I met Alex Blaul in the Infinity Department. From the onset, he was professional, knowledgeable, and funny. A total pleasure from a customer's point of view. With great patience, he took me around the lot in search of my new vehicle. After some time, we drove to the Land Rover Dealer. Although Alex is not familiar with Land Rovers, he did not allow that to interfere with his professionalism. We drove several Range Rovers. He took a great deal of his time to learn about each and every vehicle I showed interest in. Finally, we sealed the deal. I was so please with Alex Blaul being my salesman, that I recommended him to my husband. Who, a month later purchased a new Mercedes from him. Watch out for sleazy behavior and lies! James Flores is not ethical or trustworthy. The dealership stands behind him so watch out if you set foot there. Very helpful sales team. Horrible service experience I went to get my tires checked, they were making weird noises. After couple of hours I received a call from Jim DeRosa explaining that my tires need t I went to get my tires checked, they were making weird noises. After couple of hours I received a call from Jim DeRosa explaining that my tires need to be replaced ( it's a brand new car with only 18k miles). They were not able to tell me the thread count ( they didn't have the report yet) but already he said I need my tires replaced. What he didn't know is that I have two sets of tires (summer and winter) and my summer tires have only been driven for 9k miles. I feel like they were trying to rip me off. I did not get my car fixed there.. Horrible service. No people skills. And I didn't even get a survey after my visit... What were you afraid off???? I went to a different dealer (knauz) the next day and it turns out my tires are perfectly fine ( they do not need to be replaced) but I needed my shock absorber replaced on one of the tires.. (Which Motor Werks neglected to mention). I'm a long time customer of Motor Werks but I will NEVER do any business with them again. More
