Committing to buying a used certified Porche online, sight unseen or inspected, took quite a leap of faith. I purchased this car from being in California and was solely relying on what Sal was telling me and his analysis of the vehicle. What made this experience special was that Sal helped me with this purchase even though he received no sales credit for it because there was a previous sales person who initiated the relationship. (Hey Motor Werks Management, Give Sal this sale!). In retrospect, I was more than thrilled that Sal ended up helping me because he is candid, trustworthy, and super responsive who followed up on every tiny detail and question I had. Sal responded to all of my texts within minutes and picked up all my calls, even at 10pm. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the Porche I was buying, right down to each button in the car. As it was a certified used car, he was candid about car’s history and checked that all servicing was performed properly. Sal is a good person to work with because he has close relationships with different teams at Motorwerks, which helped to get servicing and administration done quickly. On the day I picked up the car, Sal drove an hour to pick me up personally from O’Hare airport to take me the dealership, ON HIS DAY OFF, to ensure that everything was perfect on my car before I left. When I inspected the vehicle, after already having paid for it in full, the car was just as Sal described. Before I left, Sal noticed two small items that were missing and it resolved to my satisfaction. Sal’s hustle and honesty to ensure I was completely satisfied, on a sale that he received no credit for, was impressive. More

Easy in and out! Couldnt have gone better I called Michael up and gave him a proposal, he called me back and within 1hr I was in and out in my new Benz. The dealership had plenty of variations of what I wanted to chose from so I didn't feel forced to have to decide from what was there and what I wanted. My deal was done an hour after closing (I got there a few min before), but Bartolo, being the last person I dealt with, didn't appear to be in any rush or annoyed with having to be there late and explain some of the cool features of my new car. I couldn't help but feel guilty I was keeping a small team of people there late on a Saturday night, but at no point did any of the staff make me feel unwelcomed or rushed. I will definitely be going back when its time for a new one! More

Worst buying experience Purchase from out of state. Was told they would sell to another person while I waited on 3rd party inspection. Received car and drove < 50 miles, Chec Purchase from out of state. Was told they would sell to another person while I waited on 3rd party inspection. Received car and drove < 50 miles, Check Engine Light and limp home mode. Tow cost and new throttle body = $500. Dealer refused assistance. Over a month to receive registration. Had to rent a car while waiting for registration to arrive. Still no assistance from dealer. More
