We were greeted by Zach and I showed him the car on my phone that we came in to see. He led us to his desk and from then on we had the most wonderful time. Zach was non-pressuring, gracious, informative, and just very pleasant to talk to. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable and at ease. We wound up not buying the one we came in for since it was on hold before we got there, but left with a beautiful Linoln MKX. Stuart was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable about all of the features that the car had. I feel he was very upfront with me and tried to help me get the best deal he could. His manager and the financial dept were also very nice.
