Will never use another service advisor. Tom Antosz has been my service advisor since my days as an Infiniti owner at the young age of 22. Ironically enough, when my G37 was totaled, I purcha Tom Antosz has been my service advisor since my days as an Infiniti owner at the young age of 22. Ironically enough, when my G37 was totaled, I purchased a Mercedes the same week Tom moved over to the Mercedes Service side! He is always extremely helpful and never sells me anything I do not need. I am a VERY OCD guy when it comes to my cars. I am always a couple hundred miles early for an oil change, do all my preventative maintenance, and make sure my cars are cosmetically perfect. Thankfully, Tom understands and always helps me with my sometimes ridiculous requests with maintenance. My car is always done when he says it will be and I never have to worry about not having a loaner car, even though they run out sometimes. We are on a first name basis and will send me text updates while my car is in the shop, which I really appreciate. Tom is the only advisor I will use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More

We were greeted by Zach and I showed him the car on my phone that we came in to see. He led us to his desk and from then on we had the most wonderful time. Zach was non-pressuring, gracious, informative, and just very pleasant to talk to. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable and at ease. We wound up not buying the one we came in for since it was on hold before we got there, but left with a beautiful Linoln MKX. Very nice dealership!!!! I had seen the Mercedes CLA 250 on line and after some emails with the dealership I made a appointment to go to see the car. When I got there the person I was to meet with was still helping another customer so he had Stuart Fishman take over for him. Stuart was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable about all of the features that the car had. I feel he was very upfront with me and tried to help me get the best deal he could. His manager and the financial dept were also very nice. I had a good experience with Motor Werks and would do business with them again and I highly recommend Stuart Fishman if you are looking for a really great salesperson. More
