This was all accomplished with patience and absolutely no pressure. Zach also executed the closing of the purchase efficiently through his coordination of the supporting staff, nothing was missed or unexplained all while keeping the process moving. Will never use another service advisor. Tom Antosz has been my service advisor since my days as an Infiniti owner at the young age of 22. Ironically enough, when my G37 was totaled, I purcha Tom Antosz has been my service advisor since my days as an Infiniti owner at the young age of 22. Ironically enough, when my G37 was totaled, I purchased a Mercedes the same week Tom moved over to the Mercedes Service side! He is always extremely helpful and never sells me anything I do not need. I am a VERY OCD guy when it comes to my cars. I am always a couple hundred miles early for an oil change, do all my preventative maintenance, and make sure my cars are cosmetically perfect. Thankfully, Tom understands and always helps me with my sometimes ridiculous requests with maintenance. My car is always done when he says it will be and I never have to worry about not having a loaner car, even though they run out sometimes. We are on a first name basis and will send me text updates while my car is in the shop, which I really appreciate. Tom is the only advisor I will use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More
