Appreciate the actions supposedly being taken, but $500 coverage (if you make good on it) on a $1600 service the car required to be driveable, is never gong to bode favorably. I’m out the cost of air filters and oil service, an interior steam cleaning, touch up paint since reshooting the door was the only solution to the paint gash, a lot of time and heartache, after getting a car that wouldn’t even start. Apparently the cracked trim inside is a warranty replacement as well (as advised by your sales manager) but you sold it broken anyway, and now I’m without my convertible for another week of spring as a result.
