James and Brian listened and I did not feel rushed and pressured. I was probably one of the few customers not intimated to haggle to get a deal within household budget and James tried to work in my favor. He even gave me tips for scheduled maintenance that won’t cost me an arm and a leg. Overall it was a smooth and quick process from beginning to end. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership! I can remember a time when dealerships used to be a whole experience. A fun, yet business orientated meeting of two people meeting to come to terms. But during that meeting you saw a very clean dealership, well dressed men or women who were always super polite and courteous to your every need, whether they were the one making the sale or not. This dealership and it’s staff were exactly that experience and more. My salesman Chris Holloway was immediately a pleasure to work with. Starting on our walk around the car, he gave me a feeling as if I was talking to a long time friend. On our test drive he was very informative, professional, and yet fun to be around. He was the perfect balance that I wish every one would experience while going in to buying a car. Any nervesouness that I had was gone, and I felt like I could talk to him like I would be able to a friend. Once back in the showroom, the negotiations, despite it going a little back and forth, with both of us winning equally, was another great experience in itself. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Christopher Lima and the finace man Ryan Durso. Both of these men were as kind and friendly as Chris was, both also making me feel super comfortable and relaxed without even trying. I really feel it necessary to mention that I was there purchasing a car for $13,700 in a slew of $100,000 cars and trucks. My initial feeling was that I felt a little intimidated like as if I were walking into a Ferrari dealership to buy a $3,000 Mazda. But the staff treated me as everyone should be treated, and talked to me as everyone should as well. My money was no different or less important than any one else’s. I would recommend this car to ANYONE and EVERYONE I know, whether it be for a high end car, or a daily work car. I will be forever a customer of this dealership, with my only hopes that more dealerships would model themselves after this one. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE EXPERIENCE! You’ve made my families dream of owning this car a reality, as well as a blessing to have been able to meet such a great group of men and women! I will be back! More

CAR WAS "ACCIDENTALLY SOLD" - DEAL MADE, GAVE A DEPOSIT!! Had a deal on a car. Ran the financing, agreed on a price, GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT. Next day was pick up day. I received a call from a manager that my Had a deal on a car. Ran the financing, agreed on a price, GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT. Next day was pick up day. I received a call from a manager that my vehicle was "accidentally sold to someone else". I call BULL. You got a better deal? UNETHICAL! More
