My salesmen was Dennis Wagner. Very professional and friendly person. I had a pleasant experience working with him. Both him and his manager, Joe Spata, worked with me to get the deal I wanted. Michael Smalley, a finance manager at the dealership did a great job working out the financing deals, as well as giving me a great warranty deal. Very happy with my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new/used Benz! More

No Responsibility for mechanically faulty vehicle Purchased a 2019 QX50 in September 2019. The car wouldn’t go from park to drive and had other electrical issues. Had the car towed and after three w Purchased a 2019 QX50 in September 2019. The car wouldn’t go from park to drive and had other electrical issues. Had the car towed and after three weeks, Infiniti still couldn’t fix the issue even after disassembling the entire front dash. They could emulate the problem but had no idea what the cause was or how to repair the issue. The dealership AND parent company Nissan refused to take the car back and refund our money. We ended up having to trade the car back in to the dealership and purchase a different car. UNBELIEVABLE! While being forced to purchase the second vehicle, the dealership charged us for miles and wouldn’t pay for the new title even though the faulty car was THEIR issue so we ended up losing $1,000 in the deal. And we had to fight hard for that deal. And the nightmare didn’t stop there. When signing the paperwork, we felt like we were bargaining in Tijuana. The finance manager used high pressure to upsell their products such as the leather protectant warranty, extended maintenance warranty, etc. I was just waiting for them to bring out a steel club and threaten us into purchasing the items. The icing on the cake was when the dealership overcharged us for the second car’s title and registration and it took months of phone calls and emails and finally a threat to get an attorney before the overage was returned to us. And since the original vehicle’s issue was their problem, these additional license and title fees were something Motor Werks should have paid for if they had any type of moral business compass. I will NEVER purchase an Infiniti or Nissan product again and I tell everyone I can about the horrible treatment we received at the Motor Werks dealership. The only bright spot in our entire purchasing fiasco was our Sales Rep, Mark Smith. He was honest, helpful and kind...traits the rest of this crooked dealership could learn from. More
