My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience purchasing a "new to us" 2019 Infiniti QX80 with only 7000 miles on May 1st, 2021. First, I have to give credit to Mick Austin who was ki experience purchasing a "new to us" 2019 Infiniti QX80 with only 7000 miles on May 1st, 2021. First, I have to give credit to Mick Austin who was kind enough to connect us with his VP, Rich Altenhoff. Rich and I had a few in depth phone conversations and text message exchanges about our family's needs and he helped us get things narrowed to a couple of possible options that could work for us. Rich then put us in touch with our client advisor, Scott Sanders. Scott was very helpful in trying to locate possible options for us to test and validate. When it came time to test driving units, both Rich and Scott worked together to have units brought to our home about an hour away from the dealership for us to review at our speed and in our own time and way not once, but twice. That courtesy alone was a huge help in our purchase decision process as to why we went with Motor Werks. When we brought the 2nd unit back, Scott was kind enough to show us other options that we could rule out based on our needs in terms of color, etc. Once we settled on the right vehicle for our needs, Scott and Rich together presented us a very fair and equitable offer that for us was too good to pass up. I should also note that we had our 3 year old daughter along with us and Scott and the team went over and above the call of duty to make her as comfortable as possible given the surroundings. All in all, we couldn't be more pleased to have worked with a great team of individuals who weren't focused on just making a sale, but wanted to make sure that we as customers who completely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. When I met Gabriele at Mercedes-Benz of Barrington, he understood my requirements patiently and suggested to go for a new build. That was the first thing that I really liked about this dealership and Gabrielle in particular. In my previous visits at some other dealerships, I felt they were more interested in selling their available inventory rather than focusing on my needs and working towards meeting what I needed (I don’t mean they were not good or were unprofessional but still they didn’t seem enthusiastic towards ordering a build). I ordered a new GLC after Gabrielle gave me a good price and details of what the process and timeline would be like. He made it clear how much time would it take to get the new car ready to be picked up and provided status updates as and when I asked. The car arrived exactly around the expected time with all the build options I had selected. There were no hidden costs, no false promises. The Finance Manager gave me a good interest-rate beating what my bank had Pre approved. I don’t write reviews generally, this is in fact the first detailed review I have done and that’s because I really liked the service and wanted to leave a note of Thanks. His kindness and inclusion of my wife in the entire process was incredible. This is not only my first mercedes Benz purchase but my first luxury car purchase and while I’m sure my purchase was small in comparison to the vehicles on the lot, Tim made me truly feel like a million bucks.
